HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator manages daily Tier 0-1 employee inquiries and supports various HR functions such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, and HRIS while ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve Tier 0-1 HR inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses reputed company the case management system and email
- Coordinate pre-employment and new hire administrative processes, including internal movements, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met
- Provide support for various HR functions, including reputed company, employee relations, compensation, benefits, training, and maintaining thorough knowledge of HR processes and systems
