What's the opportunity?

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering happiness to our customers by effectively solving their queries or issues. You'll be part of a unique, entrepreneurial opportunity to drive the digitalization of reputed company freight and logistics. Your role will be to:

• Support our customers and partner airlines through email, live chat, and phone
• Build relationships with our customers and partners
• reputed company for our customers and be their voice inside our organization
• Work closely with the Product and Airline Partnerships teams to improve the user experience
• Contribute to the reputed company development of our customer support function
