Key Responsibilities

As an Associate CSM on our Gear team, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Participate in a structured training program to prepare for the CSM role
• Shadow and learn from reputed company CSMs in client communication, order management, and sales strategy
• Manage administrative aspects of spiritwear orders: quotes, mockups, invoices, and timelines
• Communicate with internal teams (design, product, operations) to ensure order accuracy and reputed company
• Support client accounts during team absences and reputed company taking ownership of simpler campaigns
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting on orders, client activity, and team performance
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to strengthen processes
• Contribute to the efficiency and scalability of the Gear team by reducing turnaround time and boosting team reputed company

What You'll Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities:

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) or equivalent work experience
• Clear, confident communication skills—both written and verbal
