Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support/Sales Representative, you will be the voice of arenaflex, responsible for:

• Answering 20-30 calls/emails per day, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Hosting virtual consultations reputed company reputed company to discuss services and assess customer needs
• Mastering reputed company reputed company to analyze pricing formulas and carefully price out each project
• Following up with leads through phone, email, and other platforms to ensure timely responses and conversions
• Upselling and renewing services to help customers discover additional benefits and value

• 3+ years of customer service and sales experience, preferably in the landscaping or B2C service industry
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to guide customers towards purchasing and overcome objections
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, reputed company Sheets, and computer skills, with a strong understanding of formulas, pricing tools, and data analysis
• A designated, quiet, and professional home office setup with no interruptions, including a wired USB noise-cancelling headset and high-speed internet

As a seasonal employee, you can expect to work:

• 20-30 hours/week from June 1 – September 1
• 10-20 hours/week from September 1 – December 1

• 10-15 hours/week from reputed company 1 – June 1 (2026)
