Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you'll play a vital role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their affiliation. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and resolve issues reputed company to benefits. You'll also have the opportunity to upsell additional benefits to customers who desire them, but only if they express interest. This is a remote work opportunity, and we're open to flexible hours to accommodate your needs.
Key Responsibilities
