Job Summary

As an Associate Manager, Lifecycle Operations, you will play a critical role in driving subscriber growth, enhancing engagement, and improving retention rates through the effective use of marketing automation tools and analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement enhancements, and reputed company tailored marketing efforts to meet specific audience needs. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain templates across email and audiences to ensure content and legal requirements are up to date and streamline processes

Basic Qualifications

* 3+ years of work experience in CRM/Lifecycle marketing, with a solid understanding of digital marketing operations and a primary focus on growth, retention, and engagement strategies and personalization tactics

• Thorough comprehension of testing frameworks and methodologies needed for designing end-to-end experiments
• Expertise in corporate-level CRM tools (reputed company or similar) and audience segmentation tools (reputed company Customer Intelligence Studio, reputed company, or similar)
• A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team
• A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/partners as surfaced
