[Remote] Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Asset Librarian (Content Supply Chain) to join their team on a contract basis. In this role, you will ensure the content supply chain runs smoothly by managing design components and marketing assets, supporting internal teams and agency partners in day-to-day asset operations.
Responsibilities
- Apply predefined metadata schemas, naming conventions, and scalable folder structures across the content lifecycle (WIP → final asset → distribution → archive)
- reputed company bulk uploads and routine maintenance to prevent duplication and content sprawl
- Archive, update, and retire components and assets according to documented lifecycle guidelines
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of metadata tagging to support discoverability
- Support internal teams and agency partners with day-to-day asset needs
- Apply governance rules reputed company to branding, licensing, regulatory compliance, and technology requirements
- reputed company asset audits and flag taxonomy, metadata, and tagging issues for review
- reputed company operational inconsistencies and suggest fixes to maintain content reputed company
Skills
- Hands-on experience with reputed company Experience Manager (reputed company Assets)
- Working knowledge of reputed company Workfront or similar project/work management tools
- Familiarity with marketing or creative workflows and content lifecycles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and processes
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with guidance and defined priorities
- Candidates are preferably located in the reputed company Coast time zone
