Financial Analyst

Silvus Technologies, part of Motorola, is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support the reputed company team by providing quality reporting, optimizing processes, and assisting with strategic financial projects.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic initiatives and analyses across the business by gathering and preparing data for cross-functional teams
- Assist in performing variance analysis by diving into financial data to help identify the root causes behind the numbers
- Prepare clear summaries of financial information and key insights for review by senior team members
- Support management in tracking and monitoring performance against relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Generate reputed company reports and analyses as requested by senior leadership
- Support data reputed company and validation efforts reputed company reputed company, learning to work with financial systems
- Assist in building and maintaining transformation files and financial models used to structure and clean raw data
- Learn and utilize advanced tools like reputed company and Power Query for data manipulation and process optimization

- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual variance reports
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field
- Up to 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or reputed company role
- Demonstrated ability to approach tasks with a high degree of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with and a desire to learn advanced data manipulation in tools like reputed company, reputed company, and/or Power Query
- Strong foundational analytical reputed company with the ability to look deeply into numbers and identify patterns
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with others across teams to resolve data and process issues
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent reputed company) due to clients under U.S. federal reputed company
