The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving growth and strategic direction for the Gauze Product Line. 

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Budgeting
  • reputed company the planning, development, and execution of the sales and marketing budget for the assigned product line.
  • Prepare and regularly update sales forecasts and budget projections.
• Customer Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with key personnel at existing and prospective customer accounts.
  • Travel extensively across reputed company America to support customer engagement and business development.
• Market & Competitive Analysis
  • Continuously monitor market conditions, industry and technology trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management and the technology team.
  • Gather competitive intelligence on reputed company terms and share findings with management in a timely manner.
• Sales Operations & Collaboration
  • Manage sales-reputed company expenses in alignment with the approved budget and client engagement requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Support production, sampling, and laboratory teams by assisting with customer prioritization and outsourcing reputed company.
• Reporting & Communication
  • Provide regular updates to the Sales Director and reputed company applicable, the CEO and CFO, regarding market conditions and business unit performance.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams across global Gauze operations to implement reputed company strategies and support international clients.
• Internal Collaboration & Process Improvement
  • Work with internal staff and subcontractors to implement logistics, project management, and other solutions that enhance market competitiveness and customer satisfaction.
  • Offer feedback to help refine internal processes in response to evolving market demands.

What is required for this role

• BA or BS Degree in Chemical Engineering and 5+ years of professional sales reputed company experience in a B2B environment.  Experience in Nitric Acid, HCN is preferred.   We value self-motivation.  

  This is a remote position.  Travel expected.
