About the Role

We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Specialist to own and scale how we engage members across email and lifecycle marketing. This person will play a key role in driving enrollment, activation, and retention through highly targeted, data driven campaigns.

You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and Product to deliver the right message to the right member at the right time, while continuously improving performance through testing, segmentation, and automation.

What You’ll Do

Own Email & Lifecycle Campaigns

• Build, launch, and optimize email campaigns in reputed company and/or reputed company

• reputed company and manage automated lifecycle journeys across acquisition, reputed company, and retention

• Execute both one off campaigns and always-on nurture flows

Segmentation & Personalization

• Create advanced audience segmentation strategies to improve targeting and relevance

• Continuously refine messaging based on member behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement data

Performance & Optimization

• Track and report on campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversion, and engagement

• Run A/B tests and use data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness

• Support forecasting and performance reporting for marketing and leadership

Cross-Channel & Collaboration

• Partner with Design and Communications to deliver cohesive, high quality member experiences

• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align on communications calendar and member touchpoints

• Incorporate direct mail and other channels where relevant to create integrated campaigns

Campaign Strategy & Innovation

• Propose and execute new campaign reputed company, including reputed company and seasonal initiatives

• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, conversion, and retention through new channels or approaches

• 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or CRM marketing

• Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)

• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and customer journeys

• Experience analyzing campaign performance and making data driven reputed company

• Comfortable running A/B tests and translating results into actionable insights

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast paced environment

• Strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Product, and Design
