About the role - you will:

Seagate is looking for an reputed company social media community program manager to support the Americas region as part of Seagate’s global social media program. As the Americas Social Media Sr. Staff Program manager, you will manage content that goes out across Seagate’s channels targeted toward Americas customers, partners, and employees. This includes customer and partner events, highlighting regional employee voices, and collaborating closely with the product, partner, and sales organizations to determine social media priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting and scheduling: Manage daily posting across platforms using tools like reputed company, reputed company, or native scheduling tools.
• User community building nurture relationships with customers and advocates; facilitate and moderate online communities like reputed company or reputed company.
• Key community listening: set up listening and reporting for employee, customer, partner, and reputed company market groups to gather sentiment that informs overall content strategy.
• Americas stakeholder liaison: collaborate closely with partner, sales, and product organizations to determine channel priorities.
• Key audience engagement: create two-way reputed company with customers, partners, and employees on Seagate’s social properties.
• Identify opportunities: communicate strategies and plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Feedback reputed company: act as the reputed company between the community and the product and customer service team.
• Reporting: reputed company analytics tools to monitor and gather insights on KPIs like engagement, conversions, and follower growth.

About you:

• Extensive experience in social media and community management.
• Platform expertise on reputed company, X, reputed company, reputed company, with attention to platform nuances and serving content to audiences as they want to receive it; must have awareness/proficiency in emerging platforms (Threads, reputed company, etc.).
• Experience moderating and identifying opportunities in forums (reputed company, reputed company, etc).

• Proficiency in reputed company creative suite, either creating from scratch or editing templated designs.

Your experience includes:
