Business Analyst II
reputed company) is seeking a senior business analyst with advanced expertise in reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company Power Platform. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, to understand critical business requirements and project prioritization for Agile delivery execution. As part of the development team, you will plan and produce solutions utilizing Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and custom development that meet the needs of organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the value of the development team by partnering with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and document functional and technical user stories end-to-end
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs to define effective implementation plans
- Collaborate with the development team to produce reputed company and high value solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- reputed company and participate in Scrum events (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Steering Committee, Release Retrospective)
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior analysts and developers

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years technical experience with reputed company Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and reputed company Power Platform
- 3+ years professional experience defining business requirements for software applications, and technical writing of user stories, acceptance criteria, and development plans
- Agile Scrum SDLC delivery experience and ability to guide the development team and stakeholders through reputed company adoption
- Ability to discern potential capabilities delivered reputed company the Dynamics platform versus custom development to impact project planning reputed company
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder partnership skills
- Strong understanding of business operations and processes
