Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Serving as the primary post-sale contact for fulfillment centers using arenaflex solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
• Monitoring system performance, usage trends, and operational KPIs to identify areas for improvement
• Partnering with technical support teams to resolve issues and prevent future problems, leveraging data insights and customer feedback
• Delivering onboarding, training, and reputed company education to customers, empowering them to maximize the value derived from our automated systems
• Building strong cross-functional relationships with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to drive adoption of best practices and reputed company improvement

Essential Qualifications
