Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with Hungarian language skills, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. You'll be responsible for handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries reputed company phone, web form, or web chat, providing technical troubleshooting support and guidance, and resolving complaints and issues reputed company and effectively. Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a brand ambassador, handling incoming and follow-up customer enquiries reputed company phone, web form, or web chat.

- Comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms (e.g CRM, WebChat, Review Sites)

- Ability to empathize with customers while maintaining an objective perspective
- Excellent telephone manner and ability to handle queries quickly and reputed company

Optional Qualifications
• High school graduate or similar
