If you want to use your skills to build a healthier, more resilient community, we encourage you to apply.This position is located at the SC Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) - Office of Mental Health (OMH) – Forensics, 220 Faison Drive, Columbia, SC 29203.As the Mental Health Professional II, with supervision, you will conduct forensic psychological evaluations and generate written reports on adult and adolescent inpatients and outpatients who are involved in the adjudication process or committed to the BHDD forensic hospital. You will also reputed company sexually violent predator evaluations under supervision. reputed company court-reputed company duties, including action as an expert witness in criminal and civil courts.Responsibilities for the Mental Health Professional II include: Conduct forensic psychological evaluations and generate written reports on adult and adolescent inpatients and outpatients. Evaluations may involve competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, diagnosis, and disability determination.
