Job Summary

As a Customer Service Technical Trainer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that reputed company our customer service teams with the technical skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Experience working in a customer-facing industry, such as technology or finance
  • Certification in instructional design or adult learning, such as CPTD or CTT+
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
  • Experience with data analysis and evaluation methods, such as Kirkpatrick or Brinkerhoff
