Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns - Marketing insurance products to potential customers through various channels - Conducting thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable coverage options
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles - Strong knowledge of insurance products and industry practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Must possess a valid P&C insurance license - Bilingual Spanish is REQUIRED
Essential Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience - Insurance experience - Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Property and casualty license required - Functional Skills: - Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) - Excellent computer skills, including typing proficiency, multi-tasking between online applications - Ability to maintain multiple customer communications at the same time (e.g., multiple chats) - Working knowledge of reputed company products (Outlook, reputed company, folders) - Working knowledge of property and casualty policies and reputed company processes and procedures
