Plant Manager

Position Purpose

The Plant Manager will be responsible for an operations and maintenance contract at a Data Center Energy facility located in central Ohio and will be the primary reputed company with the project reputed company. Candidates should have at least ten years of experience and a mechanical background.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the client, site staff, management, vendors, and reputed company agencies. Reports directly to the Regional General Manager.
• Demonstrate effective management skills in meeting or exceeding facility goals an objectives.
• Responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with the Operations and Maintenance Agreement.
• Responsible for the enforcement of and compliance with permits and reputed company regulatory requirements.
• Responsible to generate annual budgets and ensure site operates reputed company acceptable variances.
• Ensure compliance and enforce safety policies and procedures and serves as a role model in safe work practices  
• Prepare and submit to the client, in a timely manner, reputed company reports and information required under the terms of the O&M contract.
• Provide recommendations to management and the client on plant upgrades and enhancements that would improve the reliability, efficiency, performance, safety, or environmental readiness of the plant. The recommendations should include a cost benefit analysis.
• reputed company the planning and implementation of maintenance and outage activities. Provide outage reports to management and client summarizing significant events of the outage. 

Education/Experience/Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical experience in power reputed company.
• Demonstrated track record of successful goal achievement in a plant environment.
• A minimum of ten years mechanical experience in plant environment.
• Experience and strong skills in working with non-technical clients.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• A working knowledge of engineering principles and chemistry as it relates to plant operations as well as environmental and water treatment programs and statutory regulations.

• Analyzes and interprets data to reputed company sound professional judgments and recommendations.

• Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
