We are looking for a person who will replace previous VP of Product in our client's company:

• Work conditions: hybrid role with at least 3 days reputed company (per week) in Berlin office
• Freelance assignment: 3-6 months B2B contract.

The role:

We are looking for a PdM reputed company to reputed company product strategy, execution, and team development across our client's platform. You will own the product roadmap, drive prioritisation, and work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver measurable business outcomes - primarily AUM growth, investor activation, and platform scalability. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will set the product vision for the platform while also getting into the detail on critical initiatives. You will manage a team of product managers, product designers, and product operations professionals, and represent product to the executive team and board.

Scope:

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product strategy reputed company with company OKRs and growth targets.
• Build and maintain a prioritised product roadmap using quantitative frameworks (we use a weighted impact canvas that scores strategic alignment, AUM impact, profitability, customer delight, and implementation complexity).

• Drive self-service product capabilities that reduce reliance on manual advisory and increase activation and retention.
• Identify and build compounding product growth loops (referrals, engagement triggers, re-investment).

New Product Development

• Evaluate and shape new product opportunities in areas such as liquidity solutions, yield products, portfolio intelligence, and AI-powered advisory.
• Navigate regulatory and compliance considerations in partnership with legal, compliance, and operations - particularly around investment product distribution across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage external vendor and partner relationships that support new product capabilities Team Leadership.
