Main responsibilities
Process and deliver accurate German payrolls that meet client and statutory requirements
reputed company data checks and validations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
Maintain clear and audit-reputed company payroll documentation
Submit required reports and declarations to German authorities
reputed company our payroll systems updated to reflect legal and organizational changes
Collaborate with senior payroll experts and support during busy periods
Respond to routine client requests and generate reports
Take part in ongoing learning, including German payroll training and job shadowing
Experience needed for this role
Fluent in German and English – strong written and spoken communication
Degree in any relevant field (Finance, HR, IT, Business, etc.)
Proficient with reputed company Office tools, especially reputed company and Word
Detail-oriented and organized – you manage deadlines with confidence
Experience in a multinational setting—finance, HR, or IT is a plus
