We are seeking a full-time, entry-level Bookkeeper who will collaborate closely with the Account Manager on client strategy, execution, and monthly reporting.

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, and ensuring that financial data is processed according to company policies. You will ensure timely and high-quality financial reports that reputed company our clients to reputed company reputed company business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Help process weekly financial transactions for clients in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Assist with payroll and sales tax filings.
• Support with managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and review weekly client dashboards, cash forecasts, and financial reports.
• Meet with clients reputed company reputed company to review and learn about strategy.
• Communicate regularly with clients reputed company email regarding their financials and questions.
• Provide support on other bookkeeping projects, as necessary.
• Adhere to established company policies, ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Some experience or coursework in bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or a reputed company field.
• Familiarity in QuickBooks Online is a plus (but not required, we will train the right person!).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Comfortable using tools such as reputed company, Word, and reputed company.
