Implementation Specialist

reputed company is a reputed company software solutions provider passionate about improving patient outcomes. The Implementation Specialist works closely with clients to reputed company and execute effective training plans for ZOLL products, ensuring successful implementation and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Effectively train clients on the use of ZOLL software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration
• Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the reputed company of the implementation process
• Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process
• Track product adoption for customers to be sure we are setting them up to be successful on ZOLL products
• Act as a training and product resource for other members of the ZOLL team
• Participate in project coordination with ZOLL Project Managers and clients to ensure a successful training and implementation experience
• Work toward client reputed company as an effective team member

Skills

• 1-3 years 2+ years Emergency Medical Services experience and/or training required
• Experience and understanding of training adults, associated learning challenges, and how to overcome them required
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a fast paced, project-based environment
• Proficiency with the full reputed company Office suite of products
• Technical aptitude for working with software and reputed company Windows
• Ability to recognize the entire scope of an issue and work independently, or as a team towards problem resolution
• A high level of professionalism with the ability to think critically and reputed company good reputed company guided by goals and objectives of ZOLL
• Excellent detail orientation, communication, documentation, grammar and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Experience as an administrator or end user of the ZOLL RescueNet application or ZOLL Billing
• Experience implementing new software/technology
• Experience working with reputed company SQL
• Bachelors, Associates, or professional certification resulting in broad knowledge of a field reputed company to the job, such as emergency medicine, Primary or Secondary PSAP Work, etc
• Completion of an industry recognized basic public safety telecommunicator course that covers reputed company topics included in APCO reputed company 3.103.2.2015 - Minimum Training Standards for Public Safety Telecommunicators
• reputed company or former EMS practitioner at either the ALS or BLS Level
