As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company impact on our customers' lives. Your key responsibilities will include:- Providing outstanding customer support and ensuring a memorable customer experience
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Developing and maintaining a customer database, sourcing and developing client referrals

- Ensuring customer satisfaction and good client relationships
- Performing quality checks on product and service delivery
- Outfitting Service Technicians and ensuring products are allocated correctly

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- At least 2 years of experience as a successful CSR (Call Center or reputed company monitoring experience is a BIG plus)
- Excellent customer focus, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with basic computer skills, including experience moving between multiple computer screens while entering data
- Demonstrated proficiency in reputed company Office applications
