Responsibilities:
* Receives and responds to incoming telephone calls, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional, accurate, timely, and courteous manner
- Communicates professionally at reputed company times, using clear and concise language to ensure understanding

Qualifications:

- 1 year experience performing customer service duties; inbound call center experience preferred
