Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in the arenaflex Store. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. This is a full-time position, working evening shifts, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and checking customers into the arenaflex Store
- Ensuring that prohibited items are not brought into the testing room
- Helping customers resolve test and registration issues
- Providing information and guidance on reputed company-in/reputed company-out processes
- Monitoring in-reputed company testing
- Regular reputed company of staff areas and the testing room
- Providing support and developing skills for Scanning Operations
- Interacting with faculty and staff, answering questions about the testing system, and arenaflex policy
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and periodically walk through the testing room
- Flexibility to take an occasional morning shift
- Ability to learn how to use new software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
- No prior relevant work experience required; previous relevant work experience accepted in lieu of education
- Required certifications: None

Compensation and Benefits
