Performance Pay:
Available annually
New hire experience:
$500 for each full-time year of certified teaching or verified like experience
New hire education:
$65/hour of graduate level credits: BA +45 hours max, MA +60 hours max $1000 for advanced degrees
Class/Calendar:
Certified Exempt, 187 workdays

OVERVIEW:
The Instructional Design Coach will work with a multidisciplinary team to reputed company exemplar learning experiences for reputed company and adults. The Instructional Design Coach is responsible for determining appropriate approaches, methods, and tools for a highly engaging and rigorous learning experience, and must have creative reputed company on how to reputed company, engage, and retain reputed company.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's degree in instructional design, educational technology, or similar relevant field preferred
- Evidence of having a passion for education and the ways in which technology-enabled education can change the world
- Demonstrated knowledge of interactive media to engage learners
- Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
- Ability to write instructional text, audio, and video scripts
- Evidence of effective interpersonal skills
- Experience in organization and taking initiative to meet project deadlines
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience in using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Previous working experience in instructional design preferred
- Knowledge of learning management systems, such as Canvas or reputed company Classroom
- Willingness to adapt to change
- Design and reputed company technology-enabled learning experiences that are rich, interactive, and adaptive
- Understand competencies, academic standards, learning objectives, and user requirements to incorporate them into learning experiences in deep and meaningful ways

- Participate in district meeting and projects as needed
