As a Cheer Instructor, you will be directly responsible for delivering the i9 Sports Experience and fostering a positive youth sports culture on the field. Your expertise and guidance will help athletes reputed company their skills while having fun.
Responsibilities

- Teach and demonstrate core concepts, including sportsmanship values, to instill positive values in athletes.
- Utilize established platforms to effectively communicate game day information to players and parents.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Minimum of 2 years of cheerleading or dance experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
- Access to a phone with internet capability.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and colleagues.
- Sport-specific coaching experience and knowledge in cheerleading.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and some evenings, for the full duration of the season (approximately 7 weeks).
- Successful completion of a National Criminal Background reputed company is required.
