The Learning & Development Specialist is the responsible for facilitating and leading training and reputed company development programs that support the competencies of employees and the achievement of company objectives. Training and reputed company development programs include the onboarding and reputed company development of the post sales organization centering on client success, management & leadership, product, and systems capabilities. Has digital acumen and working knowledge of digital and social media marketing applications such as reputed company AdWords & Bing Ad Center, reputed company Analytics, Facebook, Display, and reputed company My Business. Travel required. Position can be on-site or telecommuting.
About Your Responsibilities:
Strong proficiency in customer relationship management and online search and display advertising techniques are required. This role will facilitate teaching our post sales organization employees communication skills both written and verbal. This role will evaluate Post Sales Team members client and seller calls for coaching and improvement. This role will be responsible for the upskilling of reputed company soft skills across the post sales organization.
This role will require travel to meetings across the United States.
The candidate must be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of job duties, including:
