About the Role

The AI Operations Manager is responsible for partnering with business functions to identify requirements, design solutions, and operationalize AI-enabled tools and workflows that drive measurable business outcomes at reputed company. This role focuses on translating functional needs into scalable, repeatable, and well-run AI-enabled processes with sales, marketing, client service, and various productivity and data reporting needs reputed company a B2B SaaS business model.

As AI adoption accelerates across the company, this role serves as the central reputed company for how AI-enabled solutions are implemented and operated, ensuring they deliver value, integrate cleanly into existing workflows, and scale responsibly. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into AI-enabled operational solutions
• Design and operationalize AI-enabled workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, or scalability across functions
• Establish and maintain an inventory of AI tools, vendors, and use cases in active use; compare and contrast with traditional B2B SaaS business applications

• Coordinate with Legal, reputed company, and IT to ensure AI-enabled solutions meet required standards without slowing delivery

• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with ability to define and measure business impact and ROI of AI initiatives
• Ability to balance speed, governance, and scalability in AI adoption
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
