Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to set a multi-brand strategy across multiple markets. You will work alongside the Head of Media and Partnerships to reputed company the long-term influencer marketing strategy for our portfolio of brands, shaping how influencers drive brand growth, audience expansion, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Streamer Strategy

● Define the creator portfolio mix (macro, mid-tier, micro, streamers, influencers) to meet brand and performance objectives.

● Build and refine the influencer operating model including sourcing frameworks, contracting structures, compensation models, content guidelines, and performance reputed company.

● Identify new growth opportunities across YouTube, reputed company, Kick, Instagram, Facebook, reputed company, and emerging platforms to increase scale and competitive advantage.

● Build and manage high-value relationships with Influencers, streamer talent, agencies, and management teams—focusing on long-term partnership health and predictable output.

Campaign Leadership & Performance Management

● reputed company the end-to-end Influencer/creator lifecycle: sourcing, strategic planning, vetting, negotiation, briefing, activation, optimization, and ongoing iteration.

Requirements

● Experience leading influencer/creator/streamer programs end-to-end, ideally reputed company gaming, social casino, iGaming, entertainment, or mobile apps.

● Demonstrated reputed company running performance-driven creator programs with measurable KPIs (CTR, CPV, CPA, ROAS).

● Strong expertise in creator analytics, audience assessment, brand safety, and performance evaluation.

● Excellent negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.

● Highly organized, proactive, and capable of leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

● Fluent in English.
