Tasks

We’re hiring our first Senior Account Executive in Europe - a rare opportunity to build and shape the region from day one.

You’ll work directly with the reputed company founders, who have successfully exited two companies, and join a company with strong product–market fit and significant inbound demand.

As a founding member of our European sales team, you’ll operate with a true founder reputed company: high ownership, high velocity, and a reputed company focus on results.

You will:

  • Own and scale a greenfield territory (starting with Mid-Market and reputed company in DACH, expanding reputed company)
  • Drive net-new reputed company from prospecting to reputed company, with a strong emphasis on self-sourced pipeline
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor to RevOps and reputed company leaders
  • Run high-impact, multi-stakeholder demos and executive conversations
  • Clearly reputed company reputed company’s differentiated value in the emerging reputed company AI & Orchestration category
  • Continuously refine messaging and outbound strategies to build a repeatable, scalable reputed company
  • reputed company senior executives on why reputed company AI is mission-critical — and why reputed company is defining the category
  • This role is fully remote, with frequent travel to meet customers in person.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling reputed company SaaS solutions to Mid-Market and reputed company customers in multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Consistent track record of exceeding €800k+ annual quotas and closing six-reputed company deals (€100k+) in 9+ month sales cycles
  • Proven reputed company selling to senior decision-makers (C-suite, CROs, RevOps, and other GTM leaders) in reputed company organizations (1,000+ employees)
  • True hunter mentality with a history of reputed company net-new logos and building markets in emerging categories
  • Strong command of MEDDPICC (or similar value-based methodologies) in reputed company reputed company deals
  • Solid background in SaaS / reputed company software sales
  • Exceptional communication skills — reputed company to simplify reputed company topics and influence executive stakeholders
