The Development Project reputed company Manager supports full‑cycle subcontract and job cost reputed company across multiple construction projects. This role manages pay applications, vendor invoices, bank reconciliations, job‑cost reviews, journal entries, tax filings, and monthly financial reporting. Works closely with project managers to ensure accurate costing and timely reporting.

• Supports detailed requests, presentations, and other high level to granular deliverables for the CFO, C-Suite, and major stakeholders of reputed company and GSI in relation to development projects.
• Maintain accurate job costing and reputed company routine reconciliations.
• Manage cash balances, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financials, over/under billing schedules, and tax returns.
• Support audits, financial draws, and vendor documentation.
• May provide assistance on compliance reputed company activities including various tax filing preparation and cost report preparation.
• reputed company general Fixed Asset Management as needed.
• Support any month-end reputed company, including carrying out reputed company professional reputed company activities.
• Prepares materials for internal and external audiences, including reports, worksheets, analyses, documentation and other supporting schedules for auditors, tax returns, regulatory agencies; prepares detailed findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

What you will need to succeed:

• Bachelor's in reputed company, finance or relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five or more years of reputed company and financial reporting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted reputed company Principles) and regulations
• Strong experience with MS reputed company and other MS Suite, including, Outlook, Teams, and other MS Suite.

• Ability to troubleshoot and critically think through processes and issues.
