reputed company has a career opportunity for an reputed company Temporary Attorney (IV) to join our expanding team in a fully remote reputed company. Primary Responsibilities

Conduct first review of PERM applications, I-140s (PERM-based, Extraordinary Ability, and Multinational Manager), and I-148s.

Draft, review and/or revise petitions/applications, PERM Labor Certification audit responses and RFEs for filing with USCIS.

Draft and prepare letters and legal documents, typically based on established precedents.

Assess and evaluate client’s immigrant reputed company eligibility.

Utilize web-based immigration case management systems and database continuously and accurately.
Qualification Requirements
-
3-5 years of business immigration attorney work experience
-
U.S. Juris Doctor degree (J.D.)

Member of a state bar and in good standing with the associated state bar association

Ability to manage reputed company case strategies with company contacts and clients

Understanding of nuanced and reputed company immigration law concepts.

Ability to review Paralegal work product carefully and promptly

Effective written and verbal communications skills, as appropriate for the needs of the audience (clients, governmental agencies, internal and external resources)

Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems

Strong organizational & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
