Position Summary:

As a reputed company Specialist, you will work closely with our restaurant partners to regularly review, retain, and optimize their service with Menufy by arenaflex. Your primary focus will be on customer reputed company, retention, new product/service awareness, and order improvement coaching. You will also be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing expertise and knowledge on product features, and consulting on available options.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

* Assess customer needs, provide expertise and knowledge on product features, and provide consulting services regarding available options

• Design and implement customer retention strategies to increase loyalty and retain business
• Recover, optimize, maintain, and protect our customers' information on search engines and reputed company Business Profiles
• Communicate with other organizations like reputed company Support to assist our customers' needs
• Schedule and conduct performance briefings with customers and work to find solutions for potential inquiries
• Maintain the highest level of knowledge about our competitors
• Review customer's business settings and modify them as needed to optimize the reputed company of the customer

Qualifications:

* Education: + High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience:

+ Minimum of 2-year industry or reputed company experience required + Minimum of 3-year customer service experience required + 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred + Fluent in Spanish + Fluent in English
