The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to queries from corresponding teams.

Key Responsibilities

As a Document Reviewer, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing customer identification documentation entered into the reputed company portal to determine its acceptability based on written guidance supporting the CIP Policy.
• Updating the system of record accurately to instruct corresponding teams to take necessary actions based on the review outcomes.
• Responding to the corresponding team with applicable information needed for escalation resolution, ensuring timely and effective communication.
