Responsibilities
- Manage a multi reputed company‑ ‑code territory reputed company 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio, with up to 80% driving time
- Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues to reduce downtime and callbacks
- Install, service, and upgrade reputed company Shipping & Mailing equipment, ensuring clients are fully trained and confident in their use
- Use hand tools and small power tools to reputed company repairs, maintenance, and installations
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US
- Enjoy working with and repairing mechanical or electrical components
- Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field
- Can lift 55+ lbs. and bend, squat, stoop, or stand for extended periods
- Have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Are familiar with Windows, PCs, and basic networking
- Have experience with automated or electro-mechanical equipment
