Operations Analyst

reputed company is a leading financial services and reputed company technology company headquartered in Windsor, Connecticut. They are seeking an Operations Analyst to execute operations activities, maintain client data, process financial transactions, and collaborate with various teams to resolve client issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute operations activities, including but not limited to, transaction processing, tax payments, and account maintenance timely with extreme accuracy
• Input and maintain and update client data in InnoTrust, InnoPay and other systems
• Process cash, reputed company, ACH, reputed company, securities, and other financial transactions
• reputed company account and bank reconciliations; research and resolve out-of-balances
• Manage personal workload, assist teammates, and escalate issues reputed company needed
• Adhere to documented processes to maintain accuracy and compliance
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal departments, vendors, and partners
• Collaborate with client relationship teams to resolve client issues
• Provide timely user support and follow-up on client service requests
• Draft, review, and update internal policies and procedures
• Assist in audits by gathering and organizing required data
• Participate in internal projects as needed

• InnoTrust, Black Diamond, Advent ACD, InnoPay, SQL
