Social Manager, Community Management
reputed company, part of WPP, is a leading creative company reputed company for its innovative work with major brands. They are looking for a Community Manager to act as the voice of the brand across social media, creating engaging content and monitoring trends and conversations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, assess and respond to social media mentions, replies and comments
- Write short-form content that embodies the brand's voice
- Proactively seek unique opportunities for creating and driving social conversation relevant to the brand
- Gather, assess, and measure social conversation opportunities and trends
- reputed company a pulse on reputed company events, online trends and potential controversies or threats relevant to the brand
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Execute social media campaigns, including user-generated content (UGC), influencer programs and reputed company-time activations
Skills
- 1-3 years of social marketing experience
- Understanding of major social platforms including how they work and how consumers use them
- Copywriting/creative writing experience a plus
- Interest and passion for the automotive space highly preferred
