Payments & Benefits Representative
reputed company (PALIG) is seeking a Payments & Benefits Representative to join our U.S. Life Operations team. In this role, you will provide world-class customer service while servicing in-force policy reputed company and handling inquiries from policyholders, government entities, and agents.
Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone inquiries clearly and professionally, ensuring resolution before the call ends
- Address email requests reputed company 24 hours, providing accurate and courteous responses
- Process written requests and payments by managing assigned work queues
- Ensure reputed company requests are completed reputed company established processing standards
- Request inforce illustrations through the Mutual Trust Agent Website or reputed company a Math Analyst
- Respond to and explain any 1099-reputed company inquiries throughout the year
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of computer applications and basic functions
- Basic math and reputed company skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and adjust to changing business needs, including overtime and Saturdays
- Commitment to quality, deadlines, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Experience in customer service (telephone), life insurance, or reputed company industry
- Completion of LOMA 280/281 or Level 1 reputed company 12 months of employment
