[Remote] Account Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLC is a company that provides an extensive selection of name brand catheter and ostomy supplies to customers reputed company. They are seeking an Account Representative to service customers through inbound and outbound calls, presenting and closing on products and services while ensuring excellent customer interactions and documentation.

Responsibilities

• To service customers reputed company inbound and outbound calls in regards to presenting and closing customers on products and services, and handle Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner
• Identify the reason(s) for the call, utilize the systems to document and reputed company for follow up
• reputed company applicable at reputed company of contact, respond appropriately to customers’ questions and resolve inquiries
• Complete and/or update reputed company pertinent records in reputed company
• Process leads from external departments to complete the necessary follow-up and product offerings
• reputed company outbound telephone calls in response to the customer’s inquiry as documented on the correspondence, or other approved marketing reputed company
• Research and problem resolution, communicating the outcome to the customer as appropriate
• Complete and/or update reputed company pertinent records in reputed company using Corporate Compliance Guidelines
• Exceeds Quality and Quantity Performance Standards
• Sets a positive example for co-workers by observing and adhering to reputed company Departmental and Corporate Policies and/or Procedures
• Supportive in assisting the Department’s Leadership Team in achieving departmental goals by completion of tasks, reputed company training, etc
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and/or co-workers
• Establish and maintain effective knowledge of policies, procedures, and skills required to complete job duties
• Available and flexible in scheduling to meet the changing business requirements of the position
• Responsible for following good housekeeping and quality procedures

• Additional duties required as directed by departmental management
• Occasionally, employees currently recognized as high performers through recent performance evaluations, or employees with reputed company demonstrated productivity leadership compared to other employees on existing metrics may be asked to engage in overtime

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year experience in the field
• Willingness to engage in telephone direct sales
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• DME experience
• reputed company experience
• Call center experience a plus as position entails a high amount of customer interaction over the phone
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
