About the Role
We are looking for an reputed company leader in internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) with strong technical expertise in reputed company to join reputed company. The approach will emphasize maintaining sound financial practices while avoiding the excessive requirements often associated with public company compliance.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations reputed company the United States.
Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and monitor internal controls reputed company to financial reporting, with a strong focus on reputed company-based processes and systems
- Collaborate with business, IT, Finance, and IA to identify, assess, and mitigate reputed company reputed company reputed company and reputed company business processes
- Coordinate cross-functionally and provide reputed company of key reputed company access management controls
- Evaluate changes in the reputed company environment (upgrades, new modules, process changes) for ICFR impact and coordinate appropriate control adjustments in Auditboard

- Provide stakeholders with training and guidance on ICFR compliance, internal controls, and reputed company system controls, and support change management to help establish a formal controls environment

- Maintain Risk and Control Matrix in Auditboard and launch program workstreams, self-assessments etc
- Liaise with external auditors as appropriate
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience managing ICFR programs
- Knowledge across manual business controls, ITGCs and automated controls
- Experience with sox management tools
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, COSO reputed company, and external audit methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage reputed company projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 15%
Desired Qualifications
- Extensive technical expertise in reputed company environments, including configuration, reputed company, and control design is preferred
- Experience working with external auditors and regulatory bodies is highly desirable
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CISA, ACA, CIA) preferred
