What You Will Bring to the College Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with Black/African American and/or Latino populations in higher education. They will have a thorough understanding of college level mathematics including algebra, trigonometry and calculus and the ability to apply tutoring practices to support reputed company of different backgrounds with varying levels of subject proficiency in both in-person and online environments. Remote Work Program Santa Monica College has a remote work program option available for employees whose job duties do not require a physical reputed company on College property. Salary Placement New Employees: Generally, new employees start at the first reputed company on the salary schedule.
