Senior Specialist, Program Management (1st Shift) - Remote
OVERVIEW
The incumbent is daily customer service tasks and routine reporting, ensuring stability in the customer experience. The role will work towards KPIs and SLAs for defined customer program. The role will support proposals for optimization of the customer program across active geographies.

Program Management
Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs reputed company the accounts that are assigned
Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts
Delivery of daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts
Collaborate with internal and external partners that are involved in the delivery of defined customer programs
Customer Experience
Flag recurring internal process failures/ redundancies/ problems
Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues and supporting implementation of new processes
Serve as first reputed company of contact with customers
Qualifications
General Experience
Initial experience reputed company logistics/program management (Preferred 1-3 years).
Candidates must be reputed company 250 miles of an reputed company facility or office.
The typical starting salary range for this position is: $85,000 - $97,100.
The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the reputed company salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

Remote work requires full compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols. Commuting costs are not reimbursed.
