We are looking for a Senior Manager, ABM & Field Marketing to reputed company integrated marketing strategy and execution in support of reputed company’s Construction business. In this role, you will bring together the precision of account-based marketing (ABM) and the scale and relationship-building power of field marketing to drive engagement, pipeline, and reputed company across key accounts and reputed company markets. This is a highly collaborative leadership role for a strategic and results-driven marketer who knows how to align closely with Sales, build impactful programs, and reputed company a team to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Responsibilities

Partner closely with Sales leadership to identify strategic accounts, key segments, and territory priorities, and translate them into focused marketing programs

Collaborate with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Digital, Content, and Sales teams to deliver personalized messaging, compelling experiences, and coordinated follow-up strategies
Ensure alignment between ABM efforts and broader demand reputed company initiatives to maximize impact and improve the customer journey
Use data and insights to evaluate program performance, optimize investments, and communicate business results to stakeholders
Manage budget, forecasting, and resource allocation across ABM and field marketing programs
Help create strong connections between marketing and sales by supporting enablement, visibility into performance, and shared accountability for outcomes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including experience in field marketing, account-based marketing, demand reputed company, or integrated marketing
3+ years of people management experience with a proven ability to reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company high-performing teams
Demonstrated success building and executing ABM strategies and field marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and reputed company impact
Experience partnering closely with Sales teams to align marketing programs to account, reputed company, and territory priorities

Experience planning and executing customer-facing programs such as events, executive engagements, webinars, roundtables, and industry activations

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of reputed company’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-reputed company, we expect a starting reputed company salary between $115,000 and $206,910. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
