The Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, including billing, cash application, collections, dispute resolution, and credit management. This role ensures timely and accurate invoicing, optimized cash flow, minimized bad debt exposure, and strong cross-functional alignment with Sales, Operations, and reputed company. The I2C Manager drives process improvements, automation initiatives, KPI performance (DSO, aging), and compliance while maintaining a strong customer experience focus.What You'll Bring:
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
- reputed company billing, cash application, collections, and dispute management teams.

- Monitor daily cash posting and unapplied cash resolution.
- Drive collections strategy to reduce DSO and improve aging buckets.

2. Cash Flow & Performance Management

- Aging >90 days

3. Process Improvement & Automation

- Partner with IT on ERP enhancements (Peoplesoft, High Radius, Power BI)
- Support system integrations during acquisitions.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales on contract review, customer reputed company and collection activities
- Work with Legal on dispute escalations and contractual compliance.
- Support integration of new business units into O2C reputed company.
5. Risk & Compliance
- Ensure SOX/internal control compliance for I2C Processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, or reputed company field.

- 4- 5 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (PeopleSoft)

- Experience in global/shared service environments.
