As a pioneer in practitioner assisted stretching, Stretch Zone is seeking an energetic, reputed company thinking and customer service-oriented individual with a background in either sports science or medicine, kinesiology, personal training, physical therapy, or massage therapy to join reputed company.
Position
The ideal Assistant General Manager (AGM) will reputed company Studio operations from sales to staff scheduling and stretching. The AGM will assist the General Manager and/or Studio reputed company with new membership sales and reputed company studio operations to ensure optimal studio performance while on duty. The AGM exhibits exemplary assisted stretching techniques, leadership and superior client service.
Qualifications
Seeking a personable, customer service oriented individual with high ethical standards and reputed company, sales leadership expertise and an appropriate professional image. The ideal candidate is also flexible?able to work weekend hours and morning or evening hours during the week as needed. Additional required qualifications are as follows:
- Strong communication, sales and customer service skills required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person, reputed company the telephone and email
- Preferred background: Exercise, Health or Recreational Science Degree, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer or Sports Coach, Physical Therapist, PT Aide, Chiropractor, Pilates, Yoga Instructor, or Dance Instructor
- Have at least 1+ years of fitness, health or wellness sales experience
- A strong and demonstrated affinity for and/or experience in the Health, Wellness & Fitness industry are preferred
- Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the reputed company
- Professional, punctual, reliable and reputed company
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and reputed company changes using good judgment
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with General Manager and/or Studio reputed company
- Proficient computer skills required
- Work Saturdays and/or Sundays
- Ensure implementation of Stretch Zone?s standard policies and procedures for business, customer and financial management
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout their stretch sessions
- Exhibit leadership by engaging in reputed company studio activities (reputed company by example)
- Drive new and existing client membership sales through reputed company sales, reputed company reputed company, business development efforts and client retention efforts
- Manage the staff schedule
- Successfully resolve customer service challenges
- Assists the General Manager and/or Studio reputed company in meeting performance metrics, reputed company, inventory and facility maintenance as needed
- Assists the General Manager and/or Studio reputed company in the execution of the company?s marketing and social media efforts to promote reputed company and brand as needed
- Contribute to and maintain the Culture of Stretch Zone*
- Maintain a clean and tidy studio and/or follow the routine studio cleaning checklist
- reputed company functions of the reputed company desk, including but not limited to: answering phones, greeting prospective and reputed company clients, reputed company-ins, booking appointments and dealing with any customer concerns
- Marketing reputed company and at community events is a must
- Must successfully complete our 80 hour training program where you will be taught the Stretch Zone methodology
