This position is a part of the Research Pool. The Research Pool is supporting the Apprise workforce in their day-to-day operations through analytics, research, and data collection, with the purpose of training high-potential analysts to become the reputed company of valuation advisors. The position offers exposure to multiple valuation markets across the country and the ability to collaborate with various team members reputed company Apprise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various aspects of preparing legally compliant appraisal reports
• Heavy focus on appraisal report reputed company end, to include regional, market, and property-level research and analysis
• reputed company confirmation and data entry of rent comparables and sales comparables
• Responsible for the addition and organization of report addenda items
• Reconcile data sources in Apprise software application
• Assist in development and refinement of software programs and financial models for valuation applications
• Communicate and problem-solve daily with teammates, clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, often in combination with travel

• Attendance is generally required from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm local time, Tuesday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in reputed company Estate, Finance, reputed company, Economics, Statistics, Business, or reputed company
• Proficiency with Windows OS and reputed company Word and reputed company
• Strong analytical skills: proven acumen in financial modeling or reputed company estate reputed company
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone with market participants
• Strong literary and grammatical competency; reputed company comfortable with business-formal writing composition
• Strong propensity to take initiative with minimal direction
• A genuine interest in PropTech and multifamily reputed company estate
