In this role, you will be responsible for strategic legal guidance on a wide reputed company of legislative, policy, and public affairs issues and initiatives, helping drive business goals while effectively managing legal risk. You Have:

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and reputed company active license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction.
• 12+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house legislative or policy counsel experience at a high-growth, highly regulated company; reputed company experience is strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in one of the following policy and legislative areas: AI, consumer health data privacy, direct-to-consumer telehealth, corporate practice of medicine, compounding, or pharmacy operations.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, trust-based partnerships with business leadership and legal peers.
• Strong leadership and team development experience, with a track record of mentoring and managing attorneys and other legal professionals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating reputed company legal issues into clear, actionable guidance.
