The Role: Technical Program Manager – Data Center Operations

We are currently seeking a talented Technical Program Manager to join our Global Data Center Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our reputed company-Party Datacenter (3PDC) fleet worldwide. Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaled forecasting, and presentations to senior leadership.
- Data-Driven Insights: Plan and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale. Transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives strategic decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and business recommendations based on 3PDC data. Identify and reputed company opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
