Social Media Manager for Apparel Brand (Instagram + TikTok Growth Focused)

I’m launching a golf apparel brand and looking for a freelance social media manager to help build and grow our presence from the ground up. This role is focused on creating a clean, consistent, and engaging brand presence—primarily on Instagram and TikTok—with the goal of building an audience and driving traffic to our website. Scope of Work: Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram & TikTok) Plan and execute a content strategy Post consistently (3–5 times per week) Assist with content ideas, captions, and brand voice Light community engagement (comments, DMs if needed) Content Approach: Content will be a mix of founder-provided footage and direction from you Looking for someone who can guide content creation and assist with editing where needed What I’m looking for: Experience with apparel, lifestyle, or sports brands Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth Ability to create or direct simple, clean, engaging content Good eye for branding and aesthetics Understanding of what drives engagement and audience growth Deliverables: Monthly content plan Consistent posting schedule Captions and hashtags Basic performance tracking (what’s working / what’s not) Goals: Grow audience and engagement Build a strong brand presence Drive traffic to the website Style direction: Clean, premium, modern aesthetic Golf-inspired but not overly traditional Mix of lifestyle, product, and subtle humor/personality (I’ll share brand direction and references after hiring) To apply, please include: Examples of accounts you’ve managed Links to social profiles or content you’ve created Brief overview of your strategy for growing a new brand What you would focus on in the first 30–60 days If starting from zero, what 3 types of content would you focus on first and why?
